Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit or debit card via the UPG secure online payment system. Your card details are entered via their secure server.
We are 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a scheme implemented by the banks and card schemes as a method of attempting to reduce card fraud. It is effectively a system similar to Chip and Pin, but for internet transactions. It requires the cardholder to enrol and select a password for each card they use for internet purchases. When you, the customer, clicks the submit button on the order page you will be redirected to your card issuing bank. You will then be asked to enter certain details to authenticate that you are the cardholder. 3D Secure is Chip & Pin for online transactions. The scheme reduces online card fraud.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the weight of your final order and can range from anything from only £1.00 upwards. Your P&P cost will be worked out at checkout once you have finished adding items to your cart.
Parts of your order may be dispatched separately. This will be at no extra cost to you, the customer. |
Delivery Schedule Dispatch times of products do vary. The average dispatch time for an item is 3-4 working days, unless stated otherwise. Some personalised products have a dispatch time of up to 14 working days and some specialised items have a 28 day dispatch time. All dispatch times are stated clearly for each product and can be viewed by clicking on the 'Product & Delivery Info' button for each product. We will contact you if dispatch times are likely to be longer than those initially stated.
As part of our customer satisfaction, we will divide your order for shipping purposes if some items are ready for dispatch before others. This means that you receive your items quicker, at no extra charge to you. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will email you with an estimated date for dispatch and you have the option to cancel your order or select another item of the same cost if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges VAT is not added at checkout. The price you see in the online store and in your cart is the price you pay. |

Returns Policy Cancellations: are accepted as long as the cancellation instruction is received before the order has been processed.
Returns and exchanges for non-personalised items: are accepted providing that we have been informed by email within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original condition (unused and with any labels still attached) to the specific address that we will provide. This must be done within 1 week of the issue of the returns or exchange form. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded in full. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is liable for postage costs and refunds exclude the cost of P&P.
Returns and exchanges for personalised and bespoke items: are prohibited and refunds are only provided in the case of faulty or damaged items. Please note that this includes the 'Chic Boutique' and 'Greyhound & Whippet' range of dog collars and leads.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed.
IMPORTANT - For all returns and exchanges you must first contact us via email. We will then issue you with a returns address which you must return the item to within 1 week of the return or exchange request. In the case of exchanges, you will be charged if any extra amount is due for the new product (for example if a larger size carries a higher cost) and in the case of some items you may be charged for re-dispatch of the item.
D for Dog are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us and we will not refund or exchange lost items. The customer is therefore advised to send returns via recorded or special delivery or any other manner that ensures the parcel is covered for the full cost of the item(s).
Your Statutory rights are not affected by these store policies. |
