If you have ever lost a pet, you will know the effort
involved in trying to find them, from calling local rescue centres,
vets and park wardens to making posters and informing as many people
as you can.
There are a number of organisations specifically set up to help locate
lost pets. Most of these organisations will do all of the above and
more for a small fee, or even for free.
For more advice and information about what to do if your dog gets lost
or stolen, read our Lost dog –
things you can do article.
