We had a really bad experience with this agency. The sitters on their books are nice people but the administration of the agency itself is appalling. We spent ages filling out their forms about our dogs and all the information the sitter would need and/or find useful, only to find that none of this was passed onto the chosen sitter. When I asked them to pass it on to the sitter they said they had lost all our paperwork.

Then, it turned out that the sitter was not able to take our dogs. She told Home from Home straight away but they neglected to tell us. I happened to phone the sitter the day before we were due to go away, to sort out what time we would be arriving with our dogs, only for her to tell me she wasn't able to take them. You can imagine the frantic morning I spent trying to get it all sorted out. They did come up with another sitter, a very nice lady indeed but the stress they caused and their complete lack of professionalism is enough to make me say that I would not recommend this agency.
